Shipping policy

 

SPARESPLC, S.L.U. ships products anywhere in the world through UPS. We have special agreements with UPS, which allow us to provide fast and secure deliveries worldwide. All shipments are insured. Please note that customs charges may apply to deliveries outside the European Union. For companies, you must provide Spares PLC with the company name, the registered office address and the VAT identification number required for invoicing. In the case of storage or delivery, the customer is responsible for all costs. Tracking information will be available once the shipment leaves our warehouses. Notice: depending on the carrier, tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after the products have been shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Delivery times may vary for products that are not in stock, according to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s lead times. After Spares PLC hands the products over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for possible delivery delays.

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

As a guide, the delivery time for products marked “In stock” is usually 1 to 10 business days. The estimated delivery time for products “Available to order” may vary because of production delays at the manufacturer or processing delays at the supplier.

 

SHIPPING

 

Spares PLC will deliver the products selected and ordered by the customer to the address provided, following the procedures set out above, by courier and/or a transport agent. Delivery will be made within the times stated in the order confirmation. After delivery, the customer must check that the products match the order and only then sign the delivery documents, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal set out in the relevant clause. Spares PLC accepts no liability for delays or problems in the delivery of goods caused by force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods or any other event that may wholly or partly prevent performance of the contract within the agreed times. Spares PLC shall not be liable to any party or third party for damage, loss or expense arising from non-performance of the contract for the reasons stated above.
